You need to define home here. I sense an implicit assumption that this is a single family home with more than one bedroom. What is home for an undocumented migrant?

So this includes townhouses, condos, duplexes, etc.?


"Home" here means "place to live" not "house".

I interpret they mean single-family, detached house, with significant front and back yard, with the current sizes of suburban houses (2000+ sqft).

Town houses are currently the answer. I understand they aren't like single family houses but they are better than apartments...

Do not confuse a house with a home. After all, you have a homeland, not a houseland.
