That is not a touchscreen. That is a stylus driven OS. Much like the Newton, which preceded it.

The only new thing was a capacitive touchscreen, which allowed more responsiveness to a touch input. It just came along at the right time.

Yep, saw this one. Although I'm not a big fan of touchscreen, the response rate is not as smooth because epaper. It does look pretty though!
