Don't know about Fi. I am thinking of the other products that Google sells, none of which has any support.

You don't actually need a google fi compatible phone to switch, you just need it to join google fi. I was astonished when my coworker showed me his ipad pro (I think thats the name- the big one anyway) hooked up to fi a few weeks ago.

Google Fi used to be great! The last few months had a couple of very bad support experiences and decided to port out. It took about three weeks, but very happy with finally leaving them.

Any Google fi success stories? I’m on Verizon not out of my own choice. It’s working okay but despite the price I still get no data sometimes and I live in a midsized city.

Google Fi does have human support though. They are very friendly but also very useless (that’s my experience from 2018).
