The US has killed in excess of a million people in the Middle East. Around 650 000 people died as a result of the Iraq War, around 50 000 in Afghanistan, around 400 000 in Syria and around 20 000 in Lybia.
Of course, neither were purely by the US but rather by a Coalition, but none of them would have happened if it wasn't for the US.
I also include deaths from destruction of infrastructure and subsequent power vacuums, as is customary for crimes against humanity.
The US military has spent a decade murdering over a million civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, and more and taken to labeling every male over the age of 16 as a "militant" in order to try and salvage the statistics a fraction.
Bay of Pigs, Iranian Contras, School of the Americas .. the 1973 coupé in Chile alone killed 11,000. I'm pretty sure the US/CIA has killed way more civilians than Iraq could even hope to claim under Saddam. That list is no justification for invasion and war.
